You can get to try this Dark Theme by updating your To-Do app to version 1.33.11732.0 via the Microsoft Store.
Changing to the Dark Theme will also enable you to sync the theme with your system settings. This means that when you opt for the Dark Theme at the system level, To-Do will also go dark. Microsoft has been slowly adding dark modes to a number of its apps, and its To-Do app is the latest to receive the coveted overhaul. However, do note that this app uses more grey tones than blacks that are usually seen in other apps.
