Before you go ahead with the download, please be aware of a few things. First and foremost, the iPad 6 ships with iOS 11.3 out of the box which means that the IPSW file is only necessary if you are planning to do a clean restore of the tablet. Also, in order to do a clean restore, you will require iTunes along with a Lightning cable to interface your iPad with your PC or Mac.

iOS 11.3 is a pretty big update and packs a lot of new changes under the hood. Probably the biggest change is the addition of the new Battery Health feature that lets you disable throttling measures put in place by Apple if your device has a bad battery unit inside. Furthermore, Apple has thrown in Messages in iCloud into the mix along with new Animoji for iPhone X users. Needless to say that the update is packed to the rafters with a lot of new things that users are going to love.

You can download the iOS 11.3 IPSW file by clicking on the links below. Remember though, the iPad 6 will ship with iOS 11.3 out of the box and the firmware file is only necessary to have if you are planning to do a clean restore of the software for whatever reason, as mentioned above already.
