Today, Apple has seen fit to release the beta 5 of its upcoming iOS 12.1, watchOS 5.1 and tvOS 12.1 to developers. If you’re willing to give iOS 12.1 beta 5 a go, it can be installed through the Apple Developer Center or via OTA mechanism. Do make sure that a proper configuration profile is installed from the Developer Center. As for what the new beta build brings is pretty hazy as it is too early. watchOS 5.1 Beta 5 is also available to developers and can be downloaded from the company’s Developer Center. You will find the update on your iPhone’s Watch app. Simply go to General and then hit Software update and you’re good to go. Do make sure that your device has over 50 percent of battery life. Lastly, tvOS 12.1 can be downloaded via a profile which is installed using Xcode. All subsequent beta builds can then be downloaded via the OTA mechanism. The update is designed for the fourth and fifth generation of the Apple TV.
