Conqueror’s Blade is a game I’ve had quite a bit of fun playing in the past, particularly so in the previous closed beta. Well now, for TwitchCon Europe, My.Com have opened up Conqueror’s Blade for everybody in the games very first open weekend.
The open weekend takes place starting today, specifically 16:00 CEST and ends in three days time on the 15th of April, 10:00 CEST. During the event, you will be able to access a large amount of the game as there are character boosts for everybody who participates. Not only that, in a huge boost for those – like me – who are interested in the game when it finally goes live, there are in-game events that have permanent account rewards.
If you have any hesitations, here’s what I thought about my game in my recent preview:
Looking and Conqueror’s Blade I see a game that I honestly think I’ll sink quite a bit of time in. While yes, I have questions on how the world map and territory system will work, there are also concerns that the monetisation systems could be changed before it’s released. However, there is still time for the game to develop into the game it wants to be, with other tests for me to explore and see exactly how the game is turning out.
I once said that Conqueror’s Blade is a “Brilliantly Gory Battlefield” and in combat, I stick by that. Let’s hope everything else becomes as refined and engaging as hacking away at enemy soldiers.
