Corsair’s New LL140 and LL120 RGB Fans Pictured and Leaked

Looks like Videocardz was a bit bored today because he has leaked Corsair’s upcoming (and brand new) LL140 and LL120 RGB fans along with a few pictures of the box art and contents.

Corsair’s new RGB fans with seamless LED ring leaked – will take on the NZXT AER and HUE+

Corsair’s old HD RGB series was quickly becoming an eye sore compared to the classy and muted RGB lighting of the NZXT AER fans and a competitor with similar aesthetics was sorely needed. These new LL120 and LL140 RGB fans achieve exactly that: classy LED ring lighting without any of the LED nodes visible (there are 16 in total) for a much more seamless effect than their predecessors.

They can also act like RGB strips (when coupled with a motherboard header such as the one on AsRock Taichi  boards).  They have two light loops. The fans will ship in dual 140mm or triple 120mm kits and will require the Corsair Lightning Node pro to work (through Corsair Link) which is included in the fan. According to Videocardz, the fans will cost ~40 EUR ($47) while the entire kit will retail for 84 EUR ($99). Availability is expected around 29th November.

The contents of the packaging can be seen on the topmost slide and contains the Corsair Link Pro, cables, screws as well as the fans themselves. The kit will go against the NZXT HUE+ which ships with similar contents but has a much more aesthetically pleasing controller which you can put on display inside the case. We assume that daisy chaining support will also be available in case you want to add more than 2 fans to the RGB queue.
