Like any other beta update, or even a regular one, it can downloaded over the air. Simply head over to the Mac App Store, click on the Updates tab and download the latest build from here. Of course, in order install the latest beta, you have to restart your Mac once the download is complete. It won’t take that long, and it would be wise to save your work before doing so.
