According to these, the South Korean giant LG would be considering the possibility of providing the LG G7 with an LCD panel, specifically with MLCD+ technology, which consumes 35% less energy and also has a better brightness than traditional LCD panels.
Although the great motivation of the South Korean giant LG to dispense with the OLED panels and opt for this LCD would be the cost of this within the set of the terminal.
