Apple has just seeded the third beta of macOS Mojave to developers and it can be downloaded right away from the Mac App Store if you have the previous beta already installed on your Mac.

In order to download macOS Mojave Beta 3 over the air, first and foremost, save your work to a safe location. Once that is done, launch the Mac App Store, go to the Updates tab and then wait for the latest update to show up. It will take only a few seconds.
As soon as the macOS Mojave Beta 3 update is available, click on the little Update button next to it to begin the download process. As soon as the download is complete, you will be asked whether or not you wish to install the update right away or postpone it for later. If you are not doing anything at all anyway then it’s best to go ahead with the installation and get over with it.
