Resident Evil 2 Remake is releasing late next month in all regions on PC and consoles, but it seems like players won’t have to wait for much longer to get a first taste of the experience.
Earlier today, a special 1-Shot demo has been discovered by True Achievements on the Microsoft Store. The demo, which will release early next month, will only be available for 30 minutes for each playthrough.

This specially tuned demo allows you to experience the newly reimagined Resident Evil 2, but be warned: whilst you can continue as many times as you like after dying, you’ll only have 30 MINUTES to complete the demo. Take in the horror atmosphere at your own pace, or make a desperate dash to solve all the puzzles Raccoon Police Department has to offer? The choice is yours!
Yesterday, new Resident Evil 2 Remake footage emerged online, showcasing some of the new costumes included in the remake as well as Ada Wong’s new gadget and much more. It’s also been confirmed yesterday that the game will come with a Classic Music and SFX mode that can be switched on and off on the fly at any time during the game.
Resident Evil 2 Remake launches on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 25th.
