Samsung Galaxy S9 & Galaxy S9 Plus Are Now Introduced in Burgundy Red and Sunrise Gold Editions for More Personalized Options

Most people might not agree with this but having a completely new smartphone color option can go a long way for the company’s success and for the buying decision for potentially millions of people. Samsung recently reported that its Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus crossed the 1 million sales mark in South Korea and to increase those numbers, the tech giant has introduced two new flavors for the masses; a Burgundy Red and Sunrise Gold color option.

Galaxy S9 Galaxy S9 Plus Burgundy Red and Sunrise Gold Have This Impressive Finish That Cannot Be Compared to the Rest of the Versions

We are honestly wondering why Samsung did not bother to release these models before. Perhaps it would have allowed the company to register 1 million sales units a lot quicker had this move was done before. Regardless, they are here and the company has said that customers like to have different personalized options at their fingertips when purchasing high-end devices like this.

“People want to be able to express their style and personality through their technology and color is a big part of that personalization. The new editions extend the color offerings of Galaxy S9 and S9+ with vibrant styles that embrace a modern and classic feel.”

The premium metal and glass finish is certainly something that will make the Burgundy Red and Sunrise Gold colors stand out. Do keep in mind that Apple’s iPhone X was supposed to be introduced in the gold color option, but the release was not meant to happen. Samsung biggest smartphone rival has introduced (PRODUCT)RED versions of the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus but people still wonder if the same treatment is going to be given to the bezel-less flagship.

The hardware specifications have remained unchanged for these two color options and both versions are going to be available starting June in the regions Australia, Chile, Germany, Hong Kong, Korea, Mexico, Russia, Spain, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. They will be arriving in other markets too, so we’ll keep you updated on that news too.
