Shadow of the Tomb Raider stepped out of the darkness today, revealing its first full action-packed trailer and tons of new gameplay details (check out Wccf’s detailed hands-on preview). The Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass is a hefty one, containing seven expansions, co-op missions, and more. Here are the details:

The Season Pass delivers seven new adventures called “Paths”, with each Path including new narrative, new missions, a Challenge Tomb, a new weapon, a new outfit and a new skill. The first Challenge Tomb will also introduce new co-op functionality. Finally, Season Pass owners receive an exclusive weapon, outfit, and skill on Day One!
Shadow of the Tomb Raider’s special editions leaked yesterday, but now we have some more info to share. The Digital Deluxe Edition includes a weapon and outfit pack and soundtrack, the Croft Edition includes all the Digital Deluxe stuff as well as the Season Pass, and the Ultimate Edition includes all the digital goodies and a Lara Croft statue, flashlight, and bottle opener. Pricing for the Shadow of the Tomb Raider Season Pass and its various special editions hasn’t been revealed yet, but pre-orders will go live, soon. Those who pre-order will get 48-hour early access to the game.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider is being developed by Eidos Montreal in collaboration with the series’ previous developers Crystal Dynamics. In the game, Lara Croft will delve into the deadly Central American jungle in order to head off a Maya apocalypse. Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be the last chapter in the trilogy begun in 2013 with the Tomb Raider reboot.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider swings onto PC, Xbox One, and PS4 on September 14.
