So, if you want to get rid of this bug the only way is to “kill” the process manually by simply pressing CTRL + ALT + Delete simultaneously and then go to the Task Manager, search the process and kill it. However, many users have also reported that to get rid of this bug they even had to restart their PC as well.
Basically, this flaw only works when Chrome users visit a specific URL. As if you will open the link you will simply get a pop-up box on the same window with the information saying “support.Windows.com says”, which simply indicates that your computer is infected with a virus and may compromise your passwords, browser history, banking information, and other sensitive data.
